I didn't realize this till Andy turned on the TV and channel-surfed to a documentary on the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, which devastated the Bay Area - it'll be twenty years this October 17. Twenty. God. It was really fortuitous that the World Series was about to begin when the quake hit.
